Preseason Agilities
Get ready for the spring season in our preseason agility sessions! We'll get you lacrosse ready with various agility drills and body weight movements. Where comfortable workout clothing and bring water. Athletic sneakers are a must, you will not be able to participate without them. Bring your friends and have fun while working hard!
Ages
All middle school athletes are invited to attend.

Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 5pm-6pm on January 7th through February 26th
